Delivery times

At the time of your purchase, the delivery time is indicated on the selected product sheet. If your product is ready and available in stock, we will deliver it to you within a fortnight.

If, following your order, your product needs to be manufactured, we will deliver it to you within 8 weeks.

Delivery times vary because we manufacture our jeans with a deep respect for quality and environmental standards, and absolute respect for employees. This production method can sometimes cause delays and longer delivery times, but orders will be filled very quickly. Indeed, at Atelier TUFFERY, there is no real ‘out of stock’ because we manufacture as and when demand evolves. If a product is especially in demand, it will simply take longer to manufacture new ones, but it will still be possible to place your order, though a little patience may be needed.

Delivery options

We currently offer four types of delivery, depending on availability:

DPD Point relais – Collect your parcel from one of the 6,000 outlets in the Pickup network. With this delivery method, you also benefit from free exchanges and returns from a DPD relay point. (Available in mainland France, excluding Corsica and overseas departments)

DPD Domicile – Using Predict, you can benefit from home delivery by appointment, allowing you to select your delivery day directly by text or via www.dpd.fr. With this delivery method, you also benefit from free exchanges and returns from a DPD pick-up point. (Available in mainland France (excluding Corsica and overseas departments) and Europe: Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Spain, Great Britain, Italy, Liechtenstein* and Switzerland*.)

Colissimo Domicile with signature – Receive your parcel at home. (Available in mainland France (Corsica and overseas), Europe and International)

Colissimo Point relais – Collect your parcel from a collection point: Post Office, Point Relais or Pickup Station. (Available in mainland France, excluding Corsica and overseas departments.)

DPD deliveries

The total price including VAT of items added to the basket on the website will be increased by €5.50 including VAT (five euros and fifty cents) for a DPD Point Relais shipment. (See ‘Delivery options’ paragraph above)

The total price including VAT of items added to the basket on the website will be increased by €7.90 including VAT (seven euros and ninety cents) for a DPD Domicile shipment. (See ‘Delivery options’ paragraph above)

Colissimo deliveries

The total price including VAT of items added to the basket on the website will be increased by €6.50 including VAT (six euros and fifty cents) for shipment to a Point Relais. (See ‘Delivery options’ paragraph above)

The total price including VAT of items added to the basket on the website will be increased by €8.90 including VAT (eight euros and ninety cents) for a Colissimo home delivery with signature

 

In Europe

Colissimo deliveries

In Europe (member country of the European Community) and French overseas departments and territories:

The price including VAT of items added to the basket on the website will be increased by €15 including VAT (fifteen euros).

DPD deliveries

In Europe, only in zone 1: Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands, the price including VAT of items added to the basket on the website will be increased by €10 including VAT (ten euros) for a DPD Domicile Predict shipment.

In Europe, only in zone 2: Austria, Spain, Great Britain, Italy, Liechtenstein* and Switzerland*, the price including VAT of items added to the basket on the website will be increased by €14.50 euros including VAT (fourteen euros and fifty cents) for a DPD Domicile Predict shipment.

 

International*

*(Asia, Africa, South America, USA, Oceania and North America)

 

Colissimo deliveries

The price including VAT of items added to the basket on the website will be increased by €25 (twenty five euros).

Exchanges & refunds

You can ask for an exchange or refund for 28 days after the receipt of your goods.


In mainland France:

For DPD deliveries:

We will send you the new item as soon as possible at our expense or take care of the refund.

Shipping boxes can be easily reclosed, so all you have to do is put the garment back inside, with the completed return slip. Download the return slip here.

Then go here to download the return label to stick to your package.

Finally, go to a DPD Pickup point near you to drop off your box. Find a Pickup point..

We will send you the new item as soon as possible at our expense or take care of the refund.

For Colissimo deliveries:

Shipping boxes can be easily reclosed, so all you have to do is put the garment back inside, with the completed return slip. Download the return slip here.

To send us back the item that does not fit, go to your post office and send it to Atelier TUFFERY, Zone Artisanale Saint Julien du Gourg, 48400 Florac, France. We will send you a new size free of charge or take care of the refund.

Exchanges are fully covered for Colissimo deliveries (home or Point Relais) for clothing in the Tailleur range. A return label to stick on the cardboard box is included inside your delivery. The box should be deposited at a convenient post office.

For clothing in the Originel and Artisan ranges, return costs are your responsibility.

 

For Europe and International deliveries (including Corsica and French overseas locations):

Shipping boxes can be easily reclosed, so all you have to do is put the garment back inside, with the completed return slip. Download the return slip here.

To send us back the item that does not fit, go to your post office and send it to Atelier TUFFERY, Zone Artisanale Saint Julien du Gourg, 48400 Florac, France. We will send you a new size free of charge or take care of the refund.

Return costs are your responsibility.
