RETURNING A DPD DELIVERY

You want to change the size you ordered or choose another design? If you placed your order through the DPD network in mainland France (DPD Point Relais or DPD Domicile home delivery), you can return your order very easily and free of charge, in 3 steps.

For Europe and International deliveries; the return costs are your responsibility. 

 

 

#1 COMPLETE THE RETURN SLIP

Download (via the link below) and then print the return slip. Complete the slip and include it, along with the item(s) you want to return, in the shipping box.

#2 ATTACH THE RETURN LABEL

Only for mainland France returns; have your parcel number ready and go to destinataires.dpd.fr to download the return label provided by DPD. Print and paste the return label on the package, over the delivery label.

For Europe and International deliveries, Shipping boxes can be easily reclosed, so all you have to do is put the garment back inside, with the completed return slip, to send us back the item that does not fit, go to your post office and send it to Atelier TUFFERY, Zone Artisanale Saint Julien du Gourg, 48400 Florac, France. We will send you a new size free of charge or take care of the refund.

#3 RETURN THE PACKAGE

Only for mainland France returns, drop off your package at the DPD Point Relais or pick-up point closest to you. Keep the proof of deposit stamped by the Point Relais.

RETURNING A COLISSIMO DELIVERY

If you placed your order through the Colissimo network (Colissimo Domicile home delivery or Colissimo Point Relais) to return your garment, follow the steps below.

Download (via the link below) and then print the return slip. Complete the slip and include it, along with the item(s) you want to return, in the shipping box.

#2 RETURN THE PACKAGE

Only in mainland France, for items in the Tailleur range Atelier TUFFERY covers the costs of all exchanges and returns. These items are always sent with a return label to ensure a change of size that is free of charge. Attach this return label to your box and drop it off at the post office closest to you. We will send you, at our cost, your new item as soon as possible.

For the other ranges (Originel and Artisan) and Europe and International deliveries simply send the item that does not fit to Atelier TUFFERY, Zone Artisanale Saint Julien du Gourg, 48400 Florac, France, and we will send you, free of charge, a new size.

 

We ask you to correctly fill out the return slip that accompanies the item being sent back to us. In fact, the processing time for the exchange and/or refund depends on it. The better the slip is filled, the faster we can process your request!
