For orders placed within Metropolitan France, we offer a complete handling of exchanges at no additional cost . This includes size exchanges or returns converted into credit in the form of a gift card. For any refunds, a processing fee of €6.50 (six euros and fifty cents) will be charged. For orders outside the specified geographic areas, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

The delivery time is indicated at the time of your purchase on the selected product page. If your product is ready and in stock, we will deliver it within 3 to 5 days.

If your product needs to be manufactured following your order, we will deliver it within 8 weeks.

These delivery times vary because we make our jeans with deep respect for quality, environmental standards, and above all, respect for our colleagues. This production method can sometimes cause delays and longer delivery times, which will be quickly addressed. In fact, at Atelier TUFFERY, stock shortages are not possible because we manufacture as demand evolves. If a product is in higher demand, it will simply take more time to produce new units, but it will always be possible to order it, provided you're willing to be a little patient...

DPD Home Delivery – With Predict, enjoy home delivery by appointment, allowing you to select the delivery day directly via SMS or on www.dpd.fr . Available in Metropolitan France (excluding Corsica and Overseas), in Europe (Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Spain, Great Britain, Italy, Liechtenstein*, Switzerland*).

Colissimo Home Delivery with Signature – Receive your parcel at home. (Applicable in Metropolitan France (Corsica and Overseas), in Europe, and internationally)

Colissimo Pickup Point – Collect your parcel from a pickup point: Post Office, Pickup Point, or Locker. (Applicable in Metropolitan France; excluding Corsica and Overseas)

In Metropolitan France (Excluding Corsica and Overseas):

DPD Predict:

The total VAT-inclusive price of the items added to the cart on the website will be increased by €8.70 (eight euros and seventy cents) for DPD Home Delivery when the order is less than €200 VAT inclusive.

When the order exceeds €200 VAT inclusive, DPD Home Delivery is FREE.

Colissimo Pickup Point:

The total VAT-inclusive price of the items added to the cart on the website will be increased by €7.80 VAT inclusive (seven euros and eighty cents) for pickup point delivery when the order is less than €200 VAT inclusive.

When the order exceeds €200 VAT inclusive, Colissimo Pickup Point delivery is FREE.

Colissimo Home Delivery with Signature:

The total VAT-inclusive price of the items added to the cart on the website will be increased by €9.80 VAT inclusive (nine euros and eighty cents) for Colissimo home delivery with signature.

In Europe, only in zone 1: Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, the VAT-inclusive price of the items added to the cart on the website will be increased by €10 VAT inclusive (ten euros) for DPD Home Delivery Predict.

In Europe, only in zone 2: Austria, Spain, Great Britain, Italy, Liechtenstein*, Switzerland*, the VAT-inclusive price of the items added to the cart on the website will be increased by €14.50 VAT inclusive (fourteen euros and fifty cents) for DPD Home Delivery Predict.

We are committed to making the fitting of our products as easy as possible, which is why we have implemented a flexible exchange and refund policy. Here's what you need to know:

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request an exchange or refund, without having to provide any specific reason.

Upon receiving your return, we commit to processing it within 48 business hours. For a quick process, please follow these steps:

1.       Visit our return request page to start the procedure.

2.     Download and affix the return label to your package. Our shipping boxes are designed for easy closure, simply place the item you wish to return inside.

3.     Go to a nearby Pickup relay point to drop off your package. Find a Pickup relay.

We will send you the new garment at our expense or proceed with the refund as soon as possible.

If you prefer to change the model, opt for a refund in credit, which you can use for the purchase of the new desired model. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our team .

Return costs are covered by us in the case of an exchange or a refund in credit. However, if you choose a refund to your original payment method, a fee of 6.50 euros (six euros and fifty cents) will be deducted to cover the return costs. If you return your entire order, the initial shipping fees will be refunded. However, in the case of a partial return of your order, the delivery charges will not be refunded.
