Ethical and robust, our braces are made from full-grain leather calfskin that has been vegetable tanned (based on bark packed with tannins) to make leather pieces with high-quality finishes.
The long version of this line is also a classic at Atelier Tuffery. Worn by all its tailors, this is another example of the historic workwear of the artisans at Atelier Tuffery and is suitable for both professional and domestic use.

The expert range seeks perfection in denim, creating clothes with the most beautiful fabrics such as silk, wool and artisanal selvedge, naturally tinted, for unique pieces.
“When working on these apron, we are returning to the origins of historic denim, with the small strip at the edge of the fabric. We cut these apron one by one, by hand, according to the company’s traditional know-how. We also apply our highest degrees of finish to these selvedge fabric from the Tailleur range.
Before the first wash of selvedge jeans dyed with pure natural indigo, let them soak in a bath of cold water. This makes them less delicate during the first few washes and the jeans will stay magnificent.”
For 125 years, Atelier Tuffery’s French jeans have included at least one piece of leather, the famous jacron bearing the brand’s seal. The workshop’s tailors have always chosen this high-quality material from neighbouring tanneries and enjoy the mixture of cotton and leather. At Atelier Tuffery, all of our materials are cut in the workshop and each piece is assembled by hand. This ensures that we create high-quality garments which meet our demanding standards, which have not changed in 125 years. We prioritise a carefully managed production flow for the well-being of our employees and to avoid waste.
